This file describes the SMOKE ancillary input files for the 2001, 2015, 2020,
and 2020 with 15/35 controls applied (O3 NAAQS Base Inventory) used for the
Final PM NAAQS.

The 36km spatial surrogates used for all 2001v2-based modeling, including
all future years (PM NAAQS Final and O3 NAAQS Proposal) can be found at:

    This directory contains all of the SMOKE ancillary files except the mobile-
    source codes file (MCODES, in inventory/01i/mobile directory -see
    readme_2001emis.txt), and the GCNTL files (contain SMOKE PROJECTION
    and CONTROL packets, which are located in the future year Zip files for
    each future year).

            used when modeling for the "avefire" sector (and all future year
