This file describes the SMOKE ancillary inputs for EPA's Version 4 emissions modeling platform, based on the 2005 NEI v2. This includes data files to support EPA's 2005ak_05b and 2005ck_05b cases. For more information on these cases and exceptions to what we provide, please refer to the readme file for inventories. i) For onroad mobile, we provide the NMIM-based "2005ah_tox_05b" emissions. The EPA version of the platform includes MOVES-based emissions for gasoline onroad vehicles, but these are not yet available. ii) We also provide ancillary data specific to the model evaluation version of the platform (case name 2005ak_05b), which uses different emissions for the ptipm and ptfire sectors.
