This directory contains data use to run MOVES Tier 3 NPRM and 2010b for 2018.
Most of the data is used for both versions of MOVES.
Some of the data are the same as that used for the 2011 runs, while others are not.
The files are the following:

MOVES2018CDBs_163RepCnties20130911.zip: MOVES databases for representative counties

CreateDirsForMoves2011And2018T3NPRM_20130923.zip: The Perl script, batch file, and 
   log used to create the MOVES input structure for running on Amazon Web Services.

CreateBatchFilesForMoves2011And2018T3NPRM_20130920.zip: The Perl script, batch file, 
   and log used to create the batch files that control file updates and run execution 
   via AWS.

MOVESInputs_2011And2018T3NPRM.zip: User-supplied input databases needed by MOVES, 
   including state level inputs, LEV and CA standards, and various other DBs.
