These are annual total emissions by sector for 2014fd. 

Sectors that have elevated emissions have emln files.
For pt_oilgas and ptnonipm, there are both elevated and ground level components 
which must be summed if a total for that sector is needed.

The file 2014fd_nata_cb6_14j_all_2D_annual.ncf includes all low-level emissions 
except biogenics. It does not include any elevated emissions from the emln files.

The filenames contain the sectors they represent.  Brief sector descriptions are:
