If 4km xportfrac data are needed, he smoke_2014v7_2_platform_utilities.zip package from 
the alpha platform release includes a sample script, spatial allocator executable, and 
base XPORTFRAC file, which is all that is needed to generate a custom XPORTFRAC. 
These files are unzipped to the afdust_xportfrac/ directory when unpacking 
smoke_2014v7_2_platform_utilities.zip.
