This package contains additional SMOKE inputs and scripts for processing onroad
emissions from 2016 version 3 platform with the CRACMM version 1.0 speciation 
mechanism. This package is intended to work on top of the 2016v3 platform
public release posted here:

This package used the "monthly area source inventory" method of processing 
onroad emissions instead of SMOKE-MOVES. This processing method requires
this inventory:

The package contains:
- A new inventory table to support re-speciation of onroad emissions (rather
  than using pre-speciated emissions for the CB6 mechanism)
- CRACMM GSPRO designed for onroad processing
- Two GSREFs (summer and winter) designed for respeciation of onroad emissions
- A run script uses all of the above inputs and appropriate settings for
  CRACMM speciation.
  
The script included in this package uses the 2016gf case as its basis. 
CRACMM emissions can also be generated for the 2023gf and 2026gf years.
For example, to adapt this script for 2023gf processing, copy to the 
2023gf_16j/scripts/onroad_inv/ directory, and change EMISINV_A to point
to the inventory located within this zip:
