Directory contains 4 ozone season reports and 2 daily reports.
	- weekday_2022hc_june_through_august_sector_CAPS_average_county_report.csv/weekday_2026hc_june_through_august_sector_CAPS_average_county_report.csv
		Ozone season reports by county and sector with weekday and weekend average CAPs emissions in short tons from June to August only.

	- weekday_2022hc_may_through_september_sector_CAPS_average_county_report.csv/weekday_2026hc_may_through_september_sector_CAPS_average_county_report.csv
		Ozone season reports by county and sector with weekday and weekend average CAPs emissions in short tons from May to September only.

	- daily_2022hc_sector_CAPS_county_report.csv/daily_2026hc_sector_CAPS_county_report.csv
		CAPs emissions in short tons by date, county, and sector. Each file is around 2.5GB each.

Sectors used in reports are as follows: airports, beis4, cmv_c1c2_12, cmv_c3_12 ,fertilizer, livestock, nonpt, nonroad, np_oilgas, np_solvents, openburn, ptagfire, ptegu, ptfire-rx, ptfire-wild, ptnonipm, pt_oilgas, rail, rwc, onroad_gas, onroad_diesel,afdust_adj.
Sectors that are equivalent between 2022hc and 2026hc: beis4, fertilizer, openburn, ptagfire, ptfire-rx, ptfire-wild, rwc.

How these data were derived:
	- For sectors other than onroad_gas, onroad_diesel,and afdust_adj:
		Emissions were derived from SMOKE merge reports.
	- 2022hc sectors onroad_gas, onroad_diesel, and afdust_adj:
		Emissions data for each sector was approximated by apportioning emissions from grid cells in emissions I/O API daily files by the fraction of the grid cell area that was covered by each county. County onroad_gas and onroad_diesel emissions were scaled to match county-monthly inventory values. County afdust_adj emissions were scaled to match county-annual emissions values.
	- 2026hc sectors onroad_gas, onroad_diesel,and afdust_adj:
		Emissions data for each sector was approximated by apportioning emissions from grid cells in emissions I/O API daily files by the fraction of the grid cell area that was covered by each county. Unlike 2022hc, only total onroad emissions were processed through SMOKE. County-daily onroad emissions were scaled to match 2026hc inventory onroad_gas and onroad_diesel county-monthly inventory values. County afdust_adj emissions were scaled to match county-annual emissions values.
