Included in this folder is the finalized graph of logP vs skin sensitization, file name GP and M sens and NON sense.xlsx

Below are the steps to create a data file to make it.

1. Download sensitization and Log P information from eChemportal, contained in files: Gnonsensitizing.csv, Mnonsensitizing.csv, Gsensitizing.csv, Msensitizing.csv

2. Combine using the python script file: CleanUPscript.py

3. combine the two output files(nonsensitizing.Out.tsv and sensitizing.Out.tsv) using the KNIME workflow: KNIME_combineValues.zip
