Developers who wish to publish the resources for a new or revised data exchange to the Exchange Network website and Network Registry must prepare a flow documentation package and submit it to the Network Technology Group (NTG) for review. At a minimum, a documentation package should consist of the following required components:
Most of the flow documentation package is to assist future implementers of the data exchange. The Schema Conformance Report primarily assists the NTG with creating and maintaining the standards and guidelines underpinning the Exchange Network. Developers should use the following documents for preparing the flow documentation package:
Flow Documentation Checklist - Describes required and optional documentation that developers should produce and submit for review.
Schema Conformance Report Preparation and Review Process - Covers flow documentation package preparation guidelines and resources. It provides step-by-step instructions and a template for preparing Schema Conformance Reports and details the NTG conformance review process.
If you have questions on this process, or if you are ready to submit a completed flow documentation package, please contact the co-chairs of the Network Technology Group.
