                        AERSCREEN (dated 16216)

This Model Change Bulletin (MCB) documents changes made to the AERSCREEN 
screening model.  A brief description of the changes is provided below. 
Additional details are available in the FORTRAN source code and in 
the AERSCREEN user's guide.


This revised version of AERSCREEN (dated 16216) includes the following
modifications relative to the previous version (15181):

Enhancements

1.  Added ability to use the u* adjustment in MAKEMET.


Miscellaneous

1.  Modified subroutine OUTPUT to only include non-zero minimum
    building widths when outputting minimum building width from
    BPIPPRIM output.
2.  Modified subroutine MAKEINPUT to remove BETA flags for point
    and capped stacks

Bug Fixes
1.  Corrected bug in SUBSETMET to use correct meterological file.
