The zip file 2016ff_inventory_allocation_update_30apr2019.zip includes updates to a few sector inventories that were made after 2016ff beta platform was originally released.
The updates do not affect overall emissions totals, but affect spatial allocation of the emissions.

The updates include:
- ptfire: Fire locations for prescribed fires in Georgia, and Flint Hills (Kansas), were improved. Instead of these fires being primarily located at county centroids, the fire
  locations are now more spread out.
- othptdust: Point locations of ag dust emissions were redistributed from a Canadian 10km grid onto a 12km grid, resulting in better spatial allocation for Continental US 12km modeling.
- othpt: Point locations of ag NH3 and VOC emissions were redistributed from a Canadian 10km grid onto a 12km grid, resulting in better spatial allocation for Continental US 12km modeling.
  Also, the ann_value column was corrected in three other Canada point source inventories. Previously, ann_value did not always equal the sum of the 12 monthly values.
  This does not affect modeling (as long as the monthly values are used) but can affect reports.

To adapt the 2016ff run scripts to use these new inventories, change the "# Inputs specific to this sector" section of each run script to the following:
