This package includes inputs and a script that are needed to process onroad
emissions through SMOKE using a monthly FF10, similar to how nonroad is
processed, instead of with SMOKE-MOVES.

This package does NOT include the inventory itself. The onroad monthly FF10
that this package uses is posted separately: 2016ff_onroad_SMOKE-MOVES_emissions_FF10_10dec2018.zip

The package includes a run script which uses the sector name "onroad_invmode"
and uses SMOKE to generate onroad emissions from the monthly FF10.
Emissions for onroad_invmode are generated for representative days, 7 days
per month plus holidays.

The package includes additional ancillary files in support of this type of
onroad emissions processing:
- Inventory table (INVTABLE)
- Temporal cross-reference (ATREF)
- GSPRO (CB6 for CMAQ), GSREF, and GSPRO_COMBO for speciation
The FF10 includes individual NOX and PM species, but does not include VOC
model species. For VOC speciation, the FF10 includes several VOC HAPs which
are "integrated" and mapped directly to model species, along with NONHAPTOG
(total TOG minus the sum of all integrated HAPs) by mode, to which speciation
profiles are applied according to the GSREF and GSPRO_COMBO.
- Sample SECTORLIST, in case you want to run a full sector merge including the
onroad_invmode sector (replacing onroad and onroad_ca_adj from the base
  package)

All other ancillary files are unchanged from and can be found in the base package.

As with all other packages, all inputs should be installed in $INSTALL_DIR.

The inputs and sample scripts in this package are from an older case, but these same inputs can
be used with 2016ff / beta platform, with the exception of the SECTORLIST. The sample
script is intended to illustrate how to set up SMOKE to process emissions in this manner.
