These are the onroad inputs for the 2016 beta platform.

NOTE: The fuels tables are truncated in the seeded CDBs; that information was provided to 
MOVES in the databases named moves201x_2016fuels, moves201x_2023fuels, and moves201x_2028fuels.

In addition, there is and issue with MOVES & using these external databases.  The patch to 
force MOVES to use intended fuels is that the User must either (1) replace the model default 
database `regionCounty` with the ones in the fuels database, or (2) use the fuels database to 
populate the fuels tables (including `regionCounty`) in the CDB(s).  
For the beta platform approach (1) was used.
