This directory contains MOVES emission factors with and without the NOx 
humidity adjustment. The ones with humid_adj in their names are compatible
with older emission factors which use average humidity adjustments by season
and temperature bin.

The ones without _humid_adj_ in their names are for use with the new feature
in SMOKE 4.7 Movesmrg that allows the humidity adjustment to be done hourly
and by grid cell.
