These netcdf files are of onroad emissons at 4km and include all typical modeling species. An example header dump is below and shows all the included species / pollutants. Each file was developed with either the new spatial surrogates used in the 2020ha platform, or the older surrogates used in the 2019 platform. This is designated by newsrg or oldsrg in the file name. Files with names that end in 11_and_21 only include motorcycle and passenger car emissions.
