These zip files contain annual point source inventories for the years 2009, 2010, 2012, and 2013.
The sectors included in these packages are airports, ptegu, ptnonipm, and pt_oilgas. 

These inventories are from the EQUATES project. The EQUATES project used emissions from year-specific OAQPS
emissions modeling platforms for many categories of point sources, but not all. Sources which are based 
at least in part on 2017NEI rather than an older year-specific point source inventory include:
- Airports (year-specific backcast factors applied to 2017NEI)
- Ptnonipm rail yards and point gas station emissions are also backcast from 2017NEI
- Some ptnonipm sources were held constant from 2017NEI for all years in EQUATES

In addition, these zips include emissions from point source solvents. In EQUATES, solvents were removed from 
the ptnonipm sector in order to have solvent emissions come exclusively from the VCPy tool (nonpoint sources).
Point solvent emissions invnentories are included here for those who wish to use them even though they were
not used in EQUATES. The solvents are in separate inventories with "solvents" in the filename. The actual 
emissions used in the EQUATES project are the inventories in these packages, except for the solvent inventories.
