Model Change Bulletin MCB#6 9/01/04 CAL3QHC (Dated 04244) CAL3QHCR (Dated 04244) Both CAL3QHC and CAL3QHCR are covered by this Model Change Bulletin (MCB) under the CAL3QHC model name. Since CAL3QHCR is an enhanced but separate version of CAL3QHC, both models will retain their respective Julian creation dates. Under this MCB, both models, have been updated and therefore both models have a new creation date. Both models have been recompiled using Compaq Visual Fortran V6.6c. This should eliminate some memory management problems that were occurring on Windows XP based systems when using executables that were compiles using Microsoft Fortran and other 16-bit compilers. The following are detailed changes made to both models CAL3QHC Only a few informational sections were modified: The model's SCRAM header was changed from: C * * C * CAL3QHC (DATED 95221) * C * * C * *** SEE CAL3QHC (DATED 95221) MCB #4 *** * C * * C * ON THE SUPPORT CENTER FOR REGULATORY AIR MODELS BULLETIN BOARD * C * * C * (919) 541-5742 (8-N-1) * C * * to: C * * C * CAL3QHC (DATED 04244) * C * * C * *** SEE CAL3QHC MCB#6 *** * C * * C * ON THE SUPPORT CENTER FOR REGULATORY AIR MODELS WEB SITE * C * * C * http://www.epa.gov/scram001 * C * * ***** A brief description of the pertinent change was added: The following comment was added: C | | C | CAL3QHC (Dated 04244) was recompiled using Compaq Visual | C | Fortran Version 6.6C.
