For the food publication that is on the list for Science Hub documents, please find attached all necessary files for reproducing the work. I am not familiar with the software/package that Eric used to make the nice html, but the for this paper we actually bundled up all code and required data generation scripts into the attached R package. This is a source package that only exists as a supplementary file published with the manuscript. The R source package is the file format “.tar.gz”, in order for it to work it should not be unzipped – R will only read it when it is compiled like this (but if you want to view it then by all means open it and look at all the files, just notice that for functionality it must remain as it). Within the package are the scripts for analysis and each figure’s generation. Also attached is the required input data spreadsheet. ---please note that every single one of these files was published with the manuscript as supplementary and the journal
