purpose- to add a field "PCT_CP_B" that describes the percentage of a cell's population that is in the block. This field can be used to transpose population-based fields in the microdata (score, pop) to block geography. The previously-provided crosswalk fields are area-based rather than population-based so would not correctly allocate population.

Note that the "PCT_CP_B" field is not available for the territories (VI, PR, GU, AS, MP).

Crosswalks using 2020 Census boundaries were added. For 2020 only, crosswalks from grid cell to block group, tract, and ZIP code are available in addition to grid cell to block.
