Tables were updated in June 2020		
These are the only tables that were changes in the Spring Update, and only for years 2014 through 2018

For the Geographic Microdata, files for data year 2013 and earlier have not changed.		
Files for data years 2014 through 2018 have been replaced.		
		
It is very important to use the updated public data release files (Facilities, Submissions, etc.) with the updated Microdata files. The numeric keys that link the tables are unique to each version.

Files are being updated with the spring data starting on 6/10/2020, with expected completion 6/19/2020.
Any RSEI v238 data on official EPA sites after 6/10/2020 will reflect the spring data unless otherwise stated, including EasyRSEI, RSEI Queries, and the text files in the RSEI Data Dictionary.	

The fall data is being maintained on the ftp server for historical purposes only;
The spring data is considered a more accurate reflection of releases in 2018 and should be used
in all circumstances instead of the fall data.
