3.9 Documented Known Issues at the time of release

Following the final selection in EIS, the following QA issue was discovered:

• It was discovered that for SCC 31000133 for Lea, NM, there were two different HAP augmentation profiles assigned in EIS. This resulted in duplicate rows for HAP augmented values at the facility. This did not result in duplicated emissions. One profile had emissions factors that equaled zero, so all resulting emissions from the augmentation for that profile were zero.
